Gujarat Land Revenue Code, 1879
In towns and cities to which '[Sub-section (1) of section 128 ] applies, the sub-section (1) holders of anylands other than lands which have hitherto been used for purposes of agriculture only, which have been unauthorizedly occupied for a period commencing less than two years before Bombay Act I of 1865 or IV of 1868 was applied to the town or city in which the said lands are situate, shall be liable to pay '[a price for the said lands] in addition to the land revenue assessed thereupon. The '[price] shall be determined according to the provisions of section 62.
