Statutory text

Any person neglecting to make the report required by section 135C, or furnish the information or produce the documents required by section 135E, within the prescribed period shall be liable, at the discretion of the Collector, to be charged a fee not exceeding [one thousand] five rupees, which shall be leviable as an arrear of land revenue.
