GLRC 156 — Exemption from distrait and sale.

Gujarat Land Revenue Code, 1879

Statutory text

All such property as is by the Civil Procedure Code exempted from attachment or sale in execution of a decree, shall also be exempt from distrait or sale, under either of the last two preceding sections.

The Collector's decision as to what property is so entitled to exemption shall be conclusive.
