Gujarat Land Revenue Code, 1879
Nothing in this Act, which applies in terms to unalienated land or to the holders of unalienated land only, shall be deemed to affect alienated land, or the rights of holders of alienated land or of the Government in respect of any such land, and no presumption shall be deemed to arise either in favour or to the prejudice, of any holder of alienated land from any provision of this Act in terms relating to unalienated land only.
