Gujarat Land Revenue Code, 1879
(1) No civil court shall have jurisdiction to settle, decide or deal with any question which is by or under section 73A, or section 73AA or section 73AB required to be settled, decided or dealt with by the Collector nor shall the civil court have jurisdiction to entertain any suit or application for grant of injunction (whether temporary or permanent) in relation to such question. (2) No order of the Collector made under section 73A or section 73AA or section 73AB shall be called in question in any civil or criminal court. Explanation — For the purposes of this section, a civil court shall include a Mamlatdar's Court under the Mamlatdars Court Act, 1906.
