Gujarat Municipalities Act, 1963
No person shall vote at any municipal election under this Act, if he- Guj. 23 of 1986. General disqualifications of voters. (a) is of unsound mind and stands so declared by a competent court, or (b) is not a citizen of India or has voluntarily acquired the citizenship of a foreign State or is under acknowledgement of allegiance or adherence to a foreign State.
