Fees for every notice issued under sub-section (3) of section 132, every warrant issued under sub-section (1) of section 133 or distress or attachment made under subsection (4) of the said section, and the maintenance of any livestock seized under the said sub-section shall be chargeable at the rates respectively specified in that behalf in the rules of the municipality and shall be included in the costs of recovery to be levied under section 133.
