GMA 15 — Voter disqualified for corrupt practice

Statutory text

Any person who has been convicted of an offence under section 171-E or 171-F of the Indian Penal Code, or has been disqualified from exercising any electoral right for a period of not less than five years on account of malpractices in connection with an election, shall be disqualified for five years from the date of such conviction or disqualification from voting at any municipal election in any municipal borough.
