Gujarat Municipalities Act, 1963
(1) The State Government, in the case of section 214, and the Collector, in the case of section 215, may at any time- (a) withdraw any such power; (b) cancel or modify any limitation, restriction or condition prescribed in respect of any such power ; or (c) cancel any order passed by a municipality in exercise of any such power. (2) Every order passed by a municipality in exercise of any power under section 214, or as the case may be, section 215 shall, on the withdrawal of such power, cease to be in force in the municipal borough.
