Gujarat Municipalities Act, 1963
(1) A committed shall conform to any instructions that may from time to time be given to it by the municipality; the municipality may at any time call for any extract from any proceedings of any committee and for any return, statement, account or report in connection with any matter with which any committee has been authorized or directed to deal; every such requisition, shall, without unreasonable delay, be complied with by the committee so called upon. (2) Every order passed by an executive committee other than orders under subsection (3) of section 108, shall be subject to such revision and open to such appeal as may be required or allowed in respect thereof by any rules of the municipality for the time being in force under section 271.
