Gujarat Money-Lenders Act, 2011
(1) Where a complaint has been filed in a court against a Money-Lender for contravention of any of the provisions of this Act or the rules made thereunder or any inquiry is pending under sub-section (2) of section 14 or under sub-section (1) of section 15 against such Money-Lender, the Registrar may suspend the registration of such Money-Lender until the case is decided by the court or, as the case may be, final order in such inquiry is passed. (2) An appeal shall lie from the order of the Registrar suspending registration under sub-section (1) to the Registrar General, whose decision shall be final.
