Gujarat Panchayats Act, 1993
Notwithstanding anything contained in the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, or any other law for the time being in force, the allocation of any officer or servant to the panchayat service under section 230, shall not entitle such officer or servant to any compensation under that Act or law and no claim for any such compensation shall be entertained by any Court, Tribunal, or Authority.
