GPMCA 107 — Application of sections 105 and 106 to accounts of Transport Fund.

Sections 105 and 106 shall apply to the accounts of the Transport Fund as if—

(i) for the words "Standing Committee" wherever they occur the words "Transport Committee" and for the word "Commissioner" wherever it occurs the words "Transport Manager" had been substituted; and (ii) for the figures "94" in sub-section (4) of section 106 the figure "362" had been substituted.
