GPMCA 250 — Measures for watering streets

Gujarat Provincial Municipal Corporations Act, 1949

Statutory text

The Commissioner may—

(a) take measures for having the public streets watered at such time and seasons and in such manner as he shall think fit;

(b) procure and maintain such vehicles, animals and apparatus as he shall thinks fit for the said purpose.
