Gujarat Provincial Municipal Corporations Act, 1949
Except as permitted by any order made under any provision of this Act, no person shall— (a) bathe in or near any lake, tank, reservoir, fountain, cistern, duct, standpipe, stream of well or on any part of a river or other place vesting in the Corporation ;
