GPMCA 396 — Punishment for breach of section 61 or 62.

Statutory text

Whoever acts or abets the commission of an act which is in contravention of XLV of 1860. the provisions of section 61 or 62 shall, on conviction, be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year or with fine or with both.
