GPMCA 41 — Leave of Transport Manager.

Statutory text

(1) Leave of absence may be granted from time to time to the Transport Manager by the Transport Committee with the assent of the Corporation.

(2) The allowance to be paid to the Transport Manager while so absent on leave shall be of such amount, not exceeding the amount of his salary, as shall be fixed by the Corporation.
