GPMCA 490 — Certain Acts to cease to apply to City
Gujarat Provincial Municipal Corporations Act, 1949
Statutory text
[The Gujarat Municipalities Act, 1963 and the Gujarat Panchayats Act, 1961] shall cease to apply, except as hereinafter provided, to any area included in the City.
