Statutory text

(a) takes or introduces, or attempts to take or introduce, any spirits or spirituous or fermented liquors or intoxicating drugs or preparations into any public hospital without the permission of a medical officer such hospital, or

(b) not being amenable to the Articles of was takes or introduces, orattempts, to take or introduce, any such spirits liquors, drugs or preparations not belonging to any person above the rank of a non-commissioned officer–
