Gujarat Police Act, 1951
If any person not being a member of the Police Force, wears, without the permission of an officer authorised by the State Government in this behalf by a general or special order for any area in the State of Gujarat the uniform of the Police Force or any dress having the appearance, or bearing any of the distinctive marks of that uniform, he shall on conviction be punished with fine which may extend to two hundred rupees.
