Statutory text

No municipal or other local rates shall be payable by the State Government on account of the occupation or use of any house or place [by members of the police force for the convenient performance of their duties [in the Bombay area of the State of Gujarat] and also in such of the remaining areas of the [State of Gujarat] as may be notified by the State Government in the Official Gazette.]
