Gujarat Police Act, 1951

Statutory text

(1) The State Government shall, by an order, constitute the District Police Complaints Authority for each District consisting of the following members, namely:-

(a) The Superintendent of Police of the District, ex-officio, who shall be the Chairperson,

(b) The Additional District Magistrate of the District, to be appointed by the State Government, ex-officio.
