Statutory text

In case of any dispute under section 47 or 48 the decision of the District Magistrate, if ** * shall be conclusive as to the amount to be paid and as to the person by whom it is to be paid and the sum, so ascertained may, on the requisition of 3[* * *] the District Magistrate, be recovered by the Collector as if it were an arrear of land revenue due by the person found to be answerable therefor.
