Gujarat Police Act, 1951
When under section 74 Police officer directs that an animal shall be sent for detention in a dispensary any suitable place before its production before a Magistrate or under section 74 a Magistrate directs that an animal shall be sent for treatment and care to an infirmary and be detained therein, the provisions of sub-sections [(5), (6) and (7) of section 6B] of the said Act shall, so far as may be, apply.
