GPRA 47 — Interim, permits.

Gujarat Prohibition Act (Bombay Prohibition), 1949

Statutory text

(1) Notwithstanding anything contained in sections [40, 40A and 41], the [State ] Government may, by rules or an order in writing, [authorize an officer to] grant interim permits to persons applying for permits under any of the said provisions.

(2) Such interim permits shall not be granted for any period exceeding two months.
