Gujarat Prohibition Act (Bombay Prohibition), 1949
When two or more persons agree— (a) to commit or cause to be committed any offence under this Act, or (b) [***] to commit a breach of a condition of a licence, permit, pass or authorization, each of such persons shall, on conviction, be punished with imprisonment for a period which may extend to two years or with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees or with both.
