Statutory text

In the application of this Act to that part of the State of Gujarat to which it extends any reference therein by whatever form of words- (1) to the State or the State Government or the High Court shall be construed as a reference to the State, the Government or the High Court of Gujarat, (2) to the Bombay Revenue Tribunal shall be construed as a reference to the Gujarat Revenue Tribunal constituted under the Bombay Revenue Tribunal Act, 1957.] Construction of certain references in the Act in their application to that part of Gujarat to which the Act extends.
