GPTA 32 — Maintenance of Accounts

Gujarat Public Trusts Act (Bombay Public Trusts 1950 as amended), 2011

Statutory text

(1) Eevery trustee of a public trust 54 shall keep regular accounts.

(2) Such accounts shall be kept in such form as may be approved by the Charity Commissioner and shall contain such particulars as may be prescribed.
