GPUA 1 — Short title, extent and commencement.

Gujarat Public Universities Act, 2023

Statutory text

(1) This Act may be called the Gujarat Public Universities Act, 2023.

(2) It shall extend to all universities mentioned in the Schedule.

(3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
