Gujarat Public Universities Act, 2023
Notwithstanding anything contained in any other provisions of this Act, the State Government shall, by an order published in the Official Gazette, specify the eligibility conditions for being nominated or co-opted as a member of any authority of the university. The Board of Management shall be the principal authority with all powers for all financial estimates and budgetary appropriations in final annual accounts, budgets and for providing social feedback to the university on current and future academic programme mandatory report to be published every year.
