Gujarat Public Universities Act, 2023
The provisions regarding admissions, disputes relating to admission, examinations and evaluation, declaration of results, examinations and evaluation not invalid for non-compliance with program schedule of sports and extra-curricular activities shall be followed as prescribed by the State Government by notification and/or Government Resolution at regular interval of time.
