Gujarat Regularisation of Unauthorised Development Act, 2022

Statutory text

(1) This Act may be called the Gujarat Regularisation of Unauthorised Development Act, 2022.

(2) It extends to whole of the State of Gujarat.

(3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 17th October, 2022.
