Gujarat Regularisation of Unauthorised Development Act, 2022

Statutory text

Notwithstanding anything contained in the Gujarat Provincial Municipal Corporations Act, 1949 and the Gujarat Municipalities Act, 1963, any grant of regularisation of unauthorised development or part thereof under this Act shall be deemed to be a Building use Permission for that building as sought under CGDCR or any such provisions of the laws/orders/bye-laws.
