A. Declaration of--of, or concerning, any property when made by any writing not being a Will-- (a) where there is disposition of property-- (i) where the Trust is made for a religious or charitable purpose.

(ii) in any other case (b) where there is no disposition of property-- (i) where the trust is made for a religious or charitable purpose.
