Gujarat Self-Financed Schools (Regulation of Fees) Act, 2017
(1) If any vacancy occurs by reason of death, resignation, expiry of term of office or termination of appointment of the member or for any other cause whatsoever, such vacancy shall be filled in by the State Government as soon as possible within a period of six months from the date of occurrence of the vacancy. (2) No act or proceeding of the Committee shall be questioned or shall be invalid merely on the ground of the existence of any vacancy or defect in the Constitution of the Committee.
