Gujarat Slum Areas (Improvement, Clearance and Redevelopment) Act, 1973

Statutory text

(1) This Act may be called the Gujarat Slum Areas (Improvement, Clearance and Redevelopment) Act, 1973.

(2) It extends to the whole of the State of Gujarat.
