Gujarat Slum Areas (Improvement, Clearance and Redevelopment) Act, 1973
No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the State Government, the prescribed authority or any officer or person for anything which is, in good faith, done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or of any rule or order made thereunder.
