Statutory text

In respect of the land which is included in the scheme sanctioned under section 65, the provisions of section 65 of the Gujarat Land-Revenue Code, 1879, in so far as obtaining the permission of the Collector for the use of the agricultural land into any non-agriculture purpose is concerned, shall be applicable as per general or specific orders of the State Government made in this behalf.
