(1) Any decision of the Town Planning Officer under clauses (iii), (iv), (vi), (viii) and (x) of sub-section (3) of section 52 shall be communicated to the party concerned in the prescribed form and any party aggrieved by such decision may within one month from the date of communication of decision, present an appeal to the Board of Appeal constituted under section 55.
