On receiving the record of the case by the Sessions Court from the commuting Court, the Senior Clerk or the Criminal Superintendent should carefully examine the record and should ascertain as to whether the copies required to be furnished to the accused are furnished or not. This should be done immediately on receiving the record by Sessions Court.
