Section 304, Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, provides for legal aid t accused who is unrepresented in trial before Court of Session and who has no sufficient means to engage pleader. The expenses are to be borne by the State for that. The rules framed for the purpose should be properly followed by the concerned Courts.
