Gujarat High Court Criminal Manual (subordinate court practice), 1977
Whenever an enhanced sentence is passed on account of the previous convictions of the accused, the court shall set forth in its judgment each previous conviction proved against the accused or admitted by him, specifying the section under which it was made and the sentence imposed.
