(1) When property is produced before a Court with a list, the list should be exhibited and each article should be separately marked and numbered for identification. (2) Where any of the articles mentioned in the list have been sent to the Chemical Analyser for examination, the corresponding numbers given to those articles by the Police while forwarding the articles to the Chemical Analyser, as well as the numbers given to them by the Chemical Analyser, should also be shown in the list. (3) If the property is seized without a list, a list of it should be prepared and exhibited. This list should also give, where necessary, the particulars referred to in sub-paragraph (2).
