The Commissioner (s) of Oaths appointed under 'The Gujarat Commissioner of Oaths Rules, 2024' are also empowered to take affidavits of or statements on solemn affirmation in such District Courts & Courts subordinate to them, for which they are appointed, in accordance with the provisions of the said rules.
