Records sent to the High Court should be properly arranged. The record sent by the Sessions Court or District Magistrate should be accompanied by a list of Ferist in form No. 64, signed by the Registrar or the Clerk of the Court of the Sessions Court or by the officer of the office of the District Magistrate as the case may be. The record sent by the Court of the Metropolitan Magistrate should be accompanied by a list of Ferist in form No. 65, signed by the Registrar of the Court of the Metropolitan Magistrate.
