Gujarat High Court Criminal Manual (subordinate court practice), 1977
When an accused, who is sentenced to pay a fine, applies to the Court convicting him that the amount of fine may be recovered from the amount deposited by him in such Court as security, the said Court shall make an order accordingly, and the amount of fine shall be recovered from the amount, if any deposited as security.
