Criminal Manual 350 — Inspection of the record shall be given on an application which shall bear the Court-fee stamp of the prescribed value and shall state precisely the number of the proceedings, the record of which the inspection is sought; and if the application is for the inspection of the prescribed register, the description and the year of the register.
