(i) Immediately after the passing of the filing order in any case the record shall be arranged in four files marked as file "A", file "B", file "C" and file "D". (ii) The arrangement of the record according to this classification is required to be made to simplify the task of maintaining the record in the record room according to the periods for which they are required to be preserved as prescribed below.
