The Magistrates should submit the statement about the applications for certified copies to the District and Sessions Judge or the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, as the case may be, in form No. 97, before the 5th of each month and the District and Sessions Judge or the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, as the case may be, should forward to the High Court by the 10th of each month, a consolidated statement showing the position regarding the application for the certified copies in their Courts and the Courts subordinate to them, in the above referred proforma.
