The following endorsement shall be made on every copy of the document:— The date on which the copy was applied for; The date on which the application was granted; The date on which it was ready for delivery; The date on which intimation was given to the applicant by post (To be filled up when application is made by a party in person and not by an advocate). The date on which it was delivered/posted;
